REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Payment is required within 24 hours from acceptance of quote. If payment is not received, we will cancel your order
  • Payment can be made by direct credit or credit card. The former is preferred. Our banking details will be on your quotation
  • Your artwork must be print-ready and supplied as a high resolution pdf. Please refer to our print guidelines for specifications
  • Material with be printing within 7 working days of receiving your finished artwork. Please advise if you require a faster timeframe; additional charges may apply
  • All prices exclude GST and freight
  • We must receive your acceptance back via email confirmation
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days
  • Proofreading for accuracy and spelling etc. is the responsibility of the client. We will print faithfully to the artwork that is sent to us
  • No sherpa proofs will be provided. If you are concerned about the finish, post us a sample before we print
    We guarantee to provide you with a faithful reproduction of your artwork, to the size and quantities you ordered. Despite great prices, we do not compromise on paper quality, inks or machinery used in the production of your work
  • Your order cannot be cancelled once confirmed and once payment is made
  • Once booking is confirmed no refunds will be given
